We use a holistic approach evaluating the performance of your home as a complete system within a thermal envelope. We use the latest in diagnostic equipment using building science to locate and quantify sources of energy loss, moisture penetration, or energy-inefficient  HVAC equipment or appliances. We analyze all aspect of the performance of your home as a system rather than looking for a “quick-fix”. We also monitor the air quality of your home for any gases or combustion by-products to assure that your home is safe for your family.

At the completion of our investigation of your home which includes both exterior as well as interior, HVAC, insulation, ductwork, windows and doors, and lighting,  we will furnish you with a detailed report identifying any problems or deficiencies and a recommendation on how they may be corrected.
